A Commerce graduate, Mr Agarwal served Air India for 34 years in Finance and Audit departments and retired as Manager- Audit. He is the Vice President of the All India Airlines Retired Personnels Association. Being a sensitive person who likes to help others, post his retirement in 2017 he has totally committed himself to social welfare activities.
An HR Professional with more than 35 years of experience in varied industries like FMCG, manufacturing, mining and education, including 17 years with the Tata Group. Through her association with several social organizations she is committed towards environment protection, sustainable development of farmers and women empowerment.
Mr Saraf owned a business which dealt in women’s ethnic wear. However his passion for nature, village life and his eagerness to preserve and protect the environment influenced his decision to wind up his business and become an agriculturist. He currently owns agricultural farmland where he is doing organic farming.

After serving TATA Electric Company R&D Lab. as a Computer Software Consultant he returned to his home town Kolkata to start his own Infotech consultancy company providing services related to computer networking and computer software to various reputed organizations in Eastern India. He is also actively involved with Vanvasi Kalyan Ashram in all round development of Tribal brethren for the last 30 years.
A lady entrepreneur and social worker, Ms Pragya Jhunjhunwala is Vice President – MSME Development Forum, founder member of Gram Samriddhi Foundation, Director in Hairsmart, Magical Mantras, and Q startups.
She was recognised by business connect as top 20 women Entrepreneurs in 2020. She is also an Executive Commitee – Laghu Udyog Bharti
Rahul graduated from IIT Kharagpur in 2004 and has worked in the software development for 17 years. After realising the unconditional love of Mother Nature he moved to his village Chakulia in Jharkhand in 2021. He founded an environment conservation organisation “Urveera” and working on several aspects of sustainable/regenerative development for the region – permaculture, implementing sustainable food system with farmers, reducing human elephant conflict, natural buildings and education.
Mr Khaitan has a vast experience of 41 years with several organizations in the field of Accounts & Finance. Coming from a farmer’s family in Bihar, he is very attached to his roots. A highly energetic and committed person, he is a very important member of the team.
A passionate entrepreneur and avid social worker, Mr. Ramesh Kumar Sovasaria is a patron member of Rabindra Sarovar Friends Forum (RSFF) and leads the efforts of skill development of villagers as a chairman of this initiative. Mr. Sovasaria has been associated with Gram Samriddhi Foundation representing RSFF and has actively been leading the upskilling efforts of the associated villages.

His journey from a successful businessman to a devoted philanthropist has positively touched countless lives and continues to do so with Gram Samriddhi Foundation where they are transforming the lives of farmers by uplifting them and making them self-reliant.
Ms Yogini Bapat is a social activists dedicated to environment protection and sustainable development. She is the founder of BE-Live Envirotech which conducts workshops on Sustainability, Waste Management, Composting, Bio enzymes and adapting and promoting minimum waste and chemical free lifestyle.
Ravindra Chamaria is Chairman and Managing Director of Infinity Group which is known for sustainable and green real estate. He is also the Vice Chairman on the advisory board of Akshaya Patra and serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees in Akshaya Patra UK. He is also attached to several other social and philanthropic organizations and initiatives such as Institute of Neurosciences Kolkata, The Jaipur Foot, Udayan Care, Round Table India, etc.
The only department of its kind in the country’s IIT system is hosting the NABARD-funded Agri Business Incubation Foundation IIT Khargapur (ABIF IIT Khargapur) for promotion of agriculture, rural development and allied sector.
